Firstly protein is 'overrated' in the western world. We eat far too much of it! Secondly everything we eat contains protein!! The argument that plant protein is not as 'available' or easily digested is poppycock too!
Peanuts and soybeans contain more protein than a steak. Protein intake seems to correlate directly with many western diseases like Osteoporosis and cancer. Yes we need protein to live but too much is just as bad as too little.

What about vitamin B12?
Do you even know what it is? Basically it is shit! Yes poop! Before we had sanitation and drank from streams and rivers we would get a tiny amount of silt in our water, that's where our B12 came from. Also from organic vegetables which weren't thoroughly washed and boiled to death. Corpse munchers get plenty of shit in their diet. It's in the meat! Animals shitting themselves in fear and at the moment of death cover the meat in it. We on the other hand have to find it somewhere else. I do not peel my organic veg and just give it a quick rinse under the tap. B12 is also added to some vegan foods and fortified cereals. If you don't feel you get enough (and we only need a tiny amount) have a yeast extract sandwich now and again.
ALL vitamins are important and if you are a vegan who is pale and pastey and not looking after yourself you are giving us all a bad name so buy a cookbook, take some vitamins and learn about nutrition!!!
